Payment Options 

Payment methods accepted are:

  • Paypal
  • Credit Card - Mastercard or Visa only (American Express, Diners Club, etc are not accepted)
    • The shipping address for the order must be in New Zealand, and billing address for the credit card can be in Australia or New Zealand. We cannot process international orders or use international credit cards other than specified.

    Returns/Refund Policy 

    Please choose carefully - no refunds, credits or replacements are given if you change your mind, order the wrong product or it doesn’t meet your expectations, or fail to verify compatibility with your device or accurately provide information when placing an order.

    At our discretion, we may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered products or offer store credit for them. If an exchange or credit is approved a 10% restocking fee will apply. Any freight and insurance costs to return the item to us are at your expense. This includes the liability for any lost freight so we suggest sending via registered post.

    All return requests must be received by us within 14 calendar days of order delivery.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

    Repairs

    If a hardware defect is suspected our staff will assist you with diagnostic steps to verify the defect and to inform you of the return location and procedure. For repairs and returns, a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) will be issued.

    Tablet Drivers

    A hardware driver is a small computer program that allows your computer to interact with Wacom products. It is important to download the most recent driver to ensure that your device is working properly and that you can access its full array of features.

    Warranty

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Wacom sells our products in New Zealand through official distribution channels. Parallel import (also called grey or direct import) products sold in New Zealand are products that are not sold through these official distribution channels.

    Parallel import products are not covered under the Wacom 1 year Limited Warranty. For remedies under New Zealand Consumer Law, you should contact the seller you bought the goods from.

    The NZCC provides additional information regarding Parallel Imports and your rights on their website.

    Product Manuals

    User manuals are located on the tablet driver CD, and are created for each Wacom product to address questions about the installation process and commonly-used product features. The user manual is on your tablet driver CD that came in your package, but click here if you'd like to download the PDF file from our website.
