Delivery Times

IMPORTANT: A street address is required for all packages sent by NZ Couriers - these orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Buywacom.co.nz processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding NZ public holidays. If your item(s) are in stock at time of ordering, they should be despatched within 1-2 business days. Please then allow another 2-5 business days* for delivery to metro areas (up to 7 days for regional areas*). Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter delays.

*Note: these delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Occasionally stock of some items on your order may be held in different warehouse locations, and so the items may be shipped separately. If this is the case, we will advise you beforehand to expect more than one delivery.

Please note: If your shipping address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable, and you would then need to place a new order. Avoid delivery delays by carefully providing your full address including unit number, floor number, building number etc., and a valid phone number, and then double-checking for typos and other errors.

Orders placed on the buywacom.co.nz are processed very quickly. Please double check all your details before confirming, as order changes and cancellations are not possible after submitting the order.
